Rangers take part in their final friendly of pre-season on Saturday as they face English Championship outfit Middlesbrough.

Despite the Gers’ campaign technically starting this past Tuesday with a 2-0 victory over Panathinaikos, Russell Martin’s side have chosen to still organise one last friendly.

Sandwiched between their Champions League qualifiers, Rangers’ squad will be hoping to increase their match sharpness before the second leg.

With Ibrox once again hosting the clash, thousands of Boro fans are set to make their way up to Glasgow for the game.

Warm weather to continue for Rangers vs Middlesbrough

Rangers and Middlesbrough fans should not have any concern about the weather on Saturday.

According to the Met Office (25 July), the warm weather is set to continue, with 25 July predicted to have highs of 20 degrees.

It is said to be cloudy with sunny spells. However, there is also a chance of rain during the game, with precipitation at 60 per cent around 2pm.

For those who suffer from hayfever, the pollen count is set to be low for the clash.

Tickets left for Rangers vs Middlesbrough

There are plenty of tickets remaining for Saturday’s clash for those Rangers fans who are yet to purchase.

Prices start at £11 for juveniles, £16 for young adult concessions and senior concessions and £21 for adults.

The only stand that is unavailable for purchase is in the Broomloan Stand.

In comparison, Middlesbrough were allocated 8,023 tickets, and it is predicted to be close to a sell-out.

There are no tickets available to buy for Boro fans, with the deadline for purchase now passed.

Away guide for Boro fans at Ibrox

There are multiple ways for Boro fans to make their way to Ibrox on Saturday.

If going by train, Ibrox is at least a couple of kilometres away from Glasgow Central and Queen Street Railway Stations.

Ibrox Stadium has an underground station, which is only a few minutes’ walk away.

If travelling via car, there is a significant reduction in on-site parking capacity around Ibrox.

However, there are plenty of alternative parking options available around the city.
