Exclusive: Rangers will need to spend £15m to sign new attacker
Rangers could spend a huge amount this summer.
The Scottish Premiership outfit now have the backing of the new majority owners, the 49ers Enterprises group and Andrew Cavenagh, to count on.
Russell Martin has already brought six new players in since he was handed the reins at Ibrox, but their business does not look like slowing down anytime soon.

Rangers to pay £15m for Rak-Sakyi transfer
Rangers were said to have submitted an offer for Jesurun Rak-Sakyi, which is understood to be a loan with a £10million option to buy, which was rejected by Crystal Palace.
A source close to the transfer has told Ibrox News that the FA Cup winners would be seeking a permanent exit rather than a loan for the 22-year-old winger.
It is understood that the Premier League outfit will demand at least £15m, as they rejected that amount from Southampton last season.

Rak-Sakyi could be too expensive for Rangers
That amount would be huge for the Gers; it would be a record transfer, eclipsing the £12m that they spent on Tore Andre Flo in 2000.
Obviously, the game has evolved since then, and there is more money around now, and they could have significant funds to spend depending on outgoings, but it would still be a huge liability.
The 49ers and Co. have the resources, that is not in doubt, but whether they are willing to sanction that kind of fee is yet to be seen.
It would be a huge weight of expectation on the player, who notched seven goals and two assists on loan at Sheffield United in the English Championship last season.
He could potentially fill the void left by Vaclav Cerny’s departure at the end of his loan spell, as his pace, dribbling ability and tendency to cut in from the right flank would suit the Light Blues’ need for a direct winger.
However, there would be huge pressure on the Gers for the deal to succeed if they did part with that much money, and it could perhaps be better spent across multiple areas of the squad rather than on a player who is not a guarantee to pay off.
