Raskin on ‘Real Betis radar’ as £8.6m Rangers exit stance revealed
Nico Raskin continues to be linked with a move away from Rangers this summer.
The Belgian midfielder enjoyed a great season despite the Ibrox outfit enduring a dismal campaign overall, and that has not gone unnoticed.
The 24-year-old notched four goals and 10 assists in the Scottish Premiership, a solid return considering the off-field chaos in Govan under Philippe Clement and Barry Ferguson.
It would be a devastating blow if they were to lose him, with European clubs already sniffing around the likes of Hamza Igamane and Cyriel Dessers.

Raskin exit stances revealed as Rangers face Betis interest
Raskin has already attracted interest from the Premier League, with the likes of Leeds United and Aston Villa eyeing a move for the Light Blues ace.
A report from Mucho Deporte (17 July) claims that Raskin, who is contracted at Auchenhowie until 2028, is on the radar of Real Betis after the departures of William Carvalho and Johnny Cardoso.
It states that the four-cap international has a market value of £8.6m and is appreciated by Betis boss Manuel Pelligrini.
However, he may be forced to look elsewhere because Russell Martin’s quotes suggest that the Belgian will be sticking around next season.
He said: “We can get more end product out of Nico by doing a bit less.
“He has big character, he wants to take the ball but I think he’s had to do a lot in the previous season, whereas now we’re going to ask him to do a bit less, and when he does have to stuff, to do it with real quality, intensity and aggression.
“So, hopefully, we’ll be able to bring out a more impactful Nico.”
Rangers will demand much more for Raskin
If the Gers are to sell Raskin, they will make a hefty profit on the £1.75million that they bought him for from Standard Liege.
However, the 49ers Enterprises group and Andrew Cavenagh will be looking for a lot more than £8.6m if they are to part ways with the maestro, who was a shining light in a poor team last time out.
In an ideal world, Martin would be able to keep hold of his best midfielder, but depending on the finances that are on offer, it could prove to be a difficult task if the profit margin is considerable.
The Gers are trying to tie Raskin down to a new deal at Ibrox, which would put him on a higher salary and dissuade him from leaving; whether they can secure one, remains to be seen.
