Rangers transfer round-up: Igamane could stay as Dessers prepares exit
Rangers have got off to a superb start in the summer transfer window.
After already completing the signings of Emmanuel Fernandez, Joe Rothwell and Max Aarons, the Gers are looking to strengthen further under new boss Russell Martin.
With the season opener against Motherwell under a month away, the former Saints man will want his squad settled as soon as possible.
Here, Ibrox News rounds up the latest transfer stories from 4-5 July.

Aasgaard deal announced
Rangers have unveiled the signing of Thelo Aasgaard.
The midfielder has long been mooted as a target for the Glasgow club, but a deal has finally been completed to bring him north of the border.
The Bears officially announced the signing on Saturday evening, with the Norwegian signing a four-year contract at Ibrox.
Igamane exit in doubt
Hamza Igamane had looked set to leave Rangers this summer.
Earlier reports had suggested a deal was in place that would see the 22-year-old join Lille, but that idea has since been quashed.

According to Le Petit Lillois (4 July), Rangers are holding out for £17.2million – a fee Lille have baulked at, leading the French club to explore alternative targets.
Davies and Dowell could be ‘shown the door’
Ben Davies and Kieran Dowell have returned to Rangers after the two joined Birmingham City on loan last season.
The League One champions hope to sign both players permanently this summer, and Kris Boyd has said that he would be “amazed” to see them stay in Glasgow.
The former Rangers striker told the Scottish Sun (4 July): “Davies and Dowell spent last season on loan at Birmingham City, and I’d be amazed if they weren’t shown the door now.”

Dessers agrees exit terms
Cyriel Dessers is reportedly keen to leave the Gers this summer, with AEK Athens in talks to sign the Nigerian international.
Rangers are eager to keep hold of the striker, who scored 29 goals for the club last season.
But according to Soccer Nigeria (4 July), Dessers has already agreed personal terms with the Greek club, with a £30,000-a-week contract on the table.
Rangers signed the forward from Cremonese for around £4.5m in 2023.
