Hamza Igamane saga over as Rangers ‘reach Ibrox transfer agreement’
Rangers are set to lose Hamza Igamane this summer.
The Moroccan forward notched 12 goals and one assist after moving to Ibrox last summer from FAR Rabat in a £1.5million deal.
Lille had previously failed to convince Rangers to sell with a £14million bid, but it appears that they have given in to the Light Blues’ demands after a new update.

Igamane set for Rangers exit amid Lille latest
It seemed like only a matter of time before Russell Martin‘s side lost the 22-year-old, with significant interest in his services.
A report from Moroccan outlet Kora Maroc (30 June) claims that Igamane to Lille is a done deal.
It states that the official announcement between the two clubs is imminent, and FAR Rabat will receive nearly 30 per cent of the transfer.
Rangers need to reinvest Igamane money wisely
It is a pivotal summer for the new majority owners, the 49ers Enterprises group and Andrew Cavenagh, as they attempt to repair the damage caused by the previous regime.
The Gers finished 17 points behind arch-rivals Celtic last time out in a dismal campaign under Philippe Clement, then Barry Ferguson, and they need to do significant business if it is going to be any better next season.
Igamane was a bright spark in an underwhelming season, until Ferguson decided that he preferred Cyriel Dessers over him in the number nine role and limited his game time towards the end.
To get a fee over the £15million mark would be an impressive feat for a player who had one half-decent season in the Scottish Premiership.
However, it is absolutely vital that the Light Blues reinvest it wisely and do not waste it on the wrong players.
They need to be successful in the transfer market if they are to have any chance of catching Brendan Rodgers’ side; if they fail to do so, it could be a disaster, and the misery will only continue for supporters.
Losing Igamane is a blow as his potential is high, but the Gers cannot turn down that type of money, especially in the position that they are in.
