Greg Taylor makes honest Rangers admission after confirmed Celtic transfer
Greg Taylor was linked to Rangers earlier this year in what would have been a shock deal.
The left-back had been at Celtic since 2019, with the Glaswegians rarely doing business with their Old Firm rivals.
However, with Taylor’s Celtic contract expiring in 2025, Rangers were reportedly considering a move.
Now, the 27-year-old has officially found a new club after being released from Celtic Park.

Taylor responds to Kris Boyd as he signs for PAOK
With the start of the Scottish Premiership campaign just around the corner, clubs are not wasting any time when it comes to signings.
Rangers appear to be close to Joe Rothwell after they agreed a fee with Bournemouth.
However, Russell Martin has now officially missed out on Taylor – if he ever wanted him – as his move to Greek side PAOK was confirmed.
As a result, the full-back took to Instagram on Tuesday (1 July) to say goodbye to Celtic after enjoying a five-and-a-half-year spell in Glasgow, winning numerous trophies.

However, during his time at Celtic, there were rumours that Taylor was a boyhood fan of Rangers.
Therefore, Kris Boyd was quick to comment on these claims on the full-back’s post, stating: “Back supporting the famous [blues] now.”
Taylor quickly replied: “Not a chance. World’s most successful team for me,” followed by four green heart emojis.
Rangers still in the market for a left-back
Despite missing out on Taylor, Rangers are still on the hunt for a new left-back this summer.
Liverpool star Owen Beck has been linked with a move to Ibrox this summer as Martin looks to finally put an end to the Gers’ defensive woes.
Rangers’ inability to keep clean sheets allowed Celtic to run away with the league title, and this simply cannot be allowed to happen this season.
If so, the manager will be put under immediate pressure to quickly correct this.
Hopefully, Martin will be able to secure his targets ready for the new campaign or they could face similar issues in the coming months.
