49ers ‘could pull off Cerny masterstroke’ as Igamane heads for Ibrox exit
Vaclav Cerny’s Rangers career may not be over quite yet after the latest update from Germany.
With Max Aarons and Lyall Cameron already through the door at Ibrox, Rangers are well underway in their hunt for summer reinforcements.
After yet another trophyless campaign, they are certainly needed, and if Russell Martin is to succeed in Glasgow, he will need plenty more of them.
Taking into account reports from Germany, Cerny could very well turn out to be one of them, and it would be an excellent piece of business for the 49ers.

Rangers can finally move to sign Cerny after exit update
Cerny was simply outstanding for Rangers last season, and his departure back to Wolfsburg certainly sparked a few concerns as to how the Light Blues would replace his impact in the team.
Thankfully, they may not have to, after it was reported by AZ/WAZ that Cerny will be allowed to leave Wolfsburg yet again this summer.
His pricetag was seen as a potential barrier to a permanent deal, but with Hamza Igamane looking to join Lille, the funds from his sale could generate the cash needed to strike a deal with the Bundesliga outfit.
Of course, replacing Igamane’s influence would also be crucial, though the return of Cerny would be a masterstroke for Rangers as they look to get back to competing with Celtic.

Russell Martin needs a competitive squad at Ibrox
Rangers simply have to make the most of this summer transfer window, or else they face the risk of another campaign without anything to show for it.
Celtic will be strengthening, having already beaten the Gers to the league title, and the gap will only get bigger if the latter fail to do so themselves.
Cyriel Dessers is another who could leave Rangers this summer, with the funds set to be available for Russell Martin to build his own squad in Glasgow.
