
Rangers news round-up: £25m Raskin update as agreement in principle emerges
Rangers are preparing for what will be their biggest transfer window in recent years, with a new manager and new owners arriving.
An American consortium comprising Andrew Cavenagh and 49ers Enterprises purchased a majority stake in Gers.
They also made Russell Martin the new Rangers manager and he will have a say on the ins and outs in the coming weeks.

Cyriel Dessers replacement decided as Rangers ready bid
Cyriel Dessers will be leaving this summer and Gers have identified a replacement for him.
It’s understood that Rangers are ready to table a bid for Westerlo striker Matija Frigan, with the deal potentially costing £6million. (Scottish Sun, 13 June)
They have previously made a bid for Maccabi Tel Aviv forward Dor Turgeman but it was turned down.

Robin Propper appears set to seal an Ibrox exit
The Ibrox outfit have agreed a deal in principle to part ways with Robin Propper.
The 31-year-old has struggled since he arrived and after a year in Glasgow, he could be returning to FC Twente. (Tubantia,12 June – 15.11)
Martin will be holding talks with Propper about his future, but is expected to green-light his move and not stand in his way.

Rangers want £25m for Nicolas Raskin amid Fiorentina links
Rangers are understood to be willing to sell Raskin for a £25million fee this summer.
The Belgian took his game from strength to strength this past season, emerging as arguably the most important player for the Ibrox outfit.
He won his first caps for Belgium and has showcased his prowess on the international stage as well.
Fiorentina are keeping tabs on him, but will have to match what Gers are looking for, according to Corriere dello Sport (13 June, pg. 16).
