Guillem Balague teases fascinating Davide Ancelotti reveal amid Rangers latest
Davide Ancelotti has been heavily linked with the managerial vacancy at Rangers.
Since it was confirmed that Barry Ferguson was leaving Ibrox, there has been plenty of speculation over who will be next in the hot seat in Glasgow.
Ancelotti is one name that has continued to come up, though, as the 49ers look to close in on an appointment ahead of their arrival at Ibrox.

Guillem Balague to share Ancelotti insight
Although there have been links with Steven Gerrard and Russell Martin too, Ancelotti has re-emerged as the frontrunner for the job at Rangers.
Andrew Cavanagh is set to fly across to Europe this week in the hope of nailing down an appointment, ahead of the takeover going through.
The new investors are expected to gain control by mid-June, but it will be key to have an appointment in place so they can hit the ground running.
It is claimed that Cavanagh will be having conversations with Ancelotti upon his arrival in Europe, and it seems that could well be the case.
This is after Spanish journalist Guillem Balague shared a post on X (28 May) saying that he is preparing a “fascinating insight into the Davide Ancelotti and Rangers story”.
The fact that such an update is on the horizon could mean big news is to come soon.
The 49ers have to make a move at Rangers
Supporters have rightfully been getting very excited about the prospect of new owners at Rangers and the potential that it could unlock at Ibrox going forward.
However, these things are never quick or easy to complete and the constant waiting while going into the off-season makes it hard for momentum to be maintained.
This has also been hindered by the managerial situation, which has been constantly changing with different reports over the past couple of weeks reporting changes in who the favourite is.

The fact that Ancelotti is back at the forefront, does suggest that there could soon be some movement, especially if a meeting with Cavanagh goes well this week.
It is a risky appointment for the Light Blues, giving the Italian his first try at a solo managerial position.
However, there is little time to waste if the investors want to be ready to get going right away and therefore, they have to be decisive.
