Rangers star ‘to complete transfer away soon’ after contract developments
Rangers could potentially be without one of their players for the start of next season with his contract expiring soon.
The Gers may lose the likes of Leon Balogun, Ianis Hagi and Tom Lawrence, with their current deals set to conclude in the coming months.
Vaclav Cerny’s loan from Wolfsburg also expires soon, but the Light Blues have the option to buy him.
Nils Koppen and the recruitment team may already have to look for reinforcements, as Wrexham have already sounded the alarms at Ibrox.

Wrexham move decent for Lawrence amid expiring Rangers contract
Wrexham would be a decent move for Lawrence once his contract at the Glaswegian outfit expires, Jamie Murphy says.
The Ayr United winger believes the 31-year-old could possibly already have an eye on next season with his deal at the Bears coming to an end.

Murphy feels the Wales international has struggled due to injuries this season but showed his quality as he scored for the Gers in their 4-3 win over Dundee at Dens Park.
Speaking on the Go Radio Football Show (3 April), the Scotsman said: “Injuries have probably played a part [in Lawrence’s lack of minutes]. He’s struggled with that a little bit but you see the quality that he has. He came on last weekend and scored a great goal.
“So he’ll still be pushing until the end of the season. I know there’ll be an eye on things for next season with players who are out of contract. I don’t think [Wrexham] is a particularly bad move for him.”
Lawrence time at Ibrox coming to an end
It wouldn’t be surprising to see Lawrence leave Ibrox next summer after his dwindling influence in the team this season.
The Welshman has lost his place in the starting lineup, and injuries haven’t helped his cause in the current campaign.
With the summer signings of Mohamed Diomande and Nedim Bajrami, the former Manchester United ace has become surplus to requirements.
Rangers should focus their resources on getting Cerny on a permanent transfer rather than pursuing new deals for the likes of Lawrence.
The Czechia international has arguably been the Gers’ best player this season and should remain a part of the squad to challenge Celtic next season.
Losing someone like the 27-year-old would undoubtedly be a big blow for the Light Blues in their Scottish Premiership ambitions.
Lawrence has been a loyal servant at the Glaswegian outfit, but it would be best for both parties if he left in the coming months as part of the potential squad overhaul at Ibrox.
