Nedim Bajrami and Robin Propper ‘Rangers exit on cards’ as Ibrox talks mooted
Rangers are in for a major summer transfer window, with Nedim Bajrami and Robin Propper possibly on the chopping block at Ibrox.
Barry Ferguson’s arrival at the Gers has seen the interim manager make significant changes to the team in recent matches.
Bajrami was left on the bench as the Light Blues beat Dundee 4-3 at Dens Park after an exciting comeback from the visitors.
Propper’s future at Ibrox also seems up in the air after losing his place in the starting lineup, leading to questions around his continuity next summer.

Rangers should hold talks with Bajrami and Propper regarding transfer
Bajrami and Propper should be told whether their future lies away from Ibrox, Keith Jackson says.
The Daily Record journalist believes that in an ideal scenario, the Gers would have already started the process of going to fringe players and discussing their futures.
Jackson feels squad members not needed for next season should be told so in order to find a move away from the Glaswegian outfit sooner rather than later.
Speaking on Hotline Live (2 April), the journalist said: “In an ideal world, what you’d have is your manager in place that you know you’re going with. You would trust his judgement, and you would already be beginning the process. And it has to start now, of going to players.
“For example, Bajrami, is he here for the long haul? Propper, what does the future hold for him? I’d be looking to sit these guys down and say it’s really unlikely you’re going to get much game time here next season.
“I think these players if they were given a running start, they might be able to find something that suits them.”
Propper and Bajrami not part of Ibrox future after takeover
Bajrami’s move to Ibrox has been underwhelming, and it wouldn’t be surprising to see the Bears cut their losses on him in the coming months.
The former Sassuolo ace was bought with high expectations but has failed to have the necessary impact in recent months as the Glaswegian outfit have struggled.
With the inclusion of Ianis Hagi in the starting lineup, the Albania international saw his minutes at the Gers dwindle under Philippe Clement.
Barry Ferguson has made further changes at Rangers, leading to Bajrami’s fall in the pecking order, with Vaclav Cerny and Mohamed Diomande in the attacking positions over him.
Propper has also been surplus to requirements since John Souttar, Leon Balogun and Dujon Sterling have returned from their respective injuries.
The former Twente centre-back seems to be struggling with the style of play in the Scottish Premiership, and it would make sense for the defender to leave next summer.
With Andrew Cavenagh and 49ers Enterprises poised to take over at the Glaswegian outfit, who will remain in the squad remains to be seen.
