Cerny ‘to reject seven offers elsewhere’ if Rangers make one guarantee
Vaclav Cerny is ready to reject seven transfer offers from elsewhere to stay at Rangers if one guarantee is made.
The 27-year-old joined the Gers on loan from Wolfsburg last summer and has been influential for them this season.
It isn’t surprising to see Cerny being linked with a permanent transfer to Ibrox after what he has done for the Light Blues in the current campaign.
The Czech international will unarguably attract interest away from the Glaswegian outfit in the upcoming transfer window, but he’s willing to reject others under one condition.

Barry Ferguson continuity important for Cerny at Rangers
Cerny would potentially choose to stay at the Bears if Barry Ferguson is appointed as the permanent manager, Keith Jackson says.
The Daily Record journalist revealed that the 27-year-old forward has already spoken with the interim boss and wants to know whether the Gers icon will remain the head coach beyond this season.

Jackson disclosed that the Czech winger has seven to eight offers on the table but would possibly reject them for the Light Blues, particularly if Ferguson stays on as manager.
Speaking on Hotline Live (19 March), Jackson said: “I believe that [Cerny] has spoken to Ferguson. And I believe that he’s trying to find out if Ferguson is going to be the permanent manager because he’s so impressed with him, he likes working with him.
“I think he’s got seven or eight offers already on the table, but he would pick Rangers, particularly if Ferguson is going to be the manager.”
Ibrox chiefs must sanction Cerny transfer next summer
With Andrew Cavenagh and 49ers Enterprise potentially taking over soon, Cerny’s continuity at Ibrox could potentially be sanctioned.
The US consortium may have the financial capital needed to pay Wolfsburg the required fee for the 27-year-old.
Patrick Stewart’s decision to appoint Ferguson as interim boss has paid dividends, as he has beaten Jose Mourinho and Brendan Rodgers in a matter of weeks.
The Light Blues ensured a tumultuous period under Philippe Clement, and while things need to improve drastically, subtle changes have been seen under the former Scotland international.
Cerny could go on to win the Europa League at the Bears this season, although it’s going to be a tough task getting past Athletic Bilbao in the quarter-finals.
With the Czech international in fine form, it feels like the Glaswegian outfit can beat any top team on their day.
Celtic have opened up a massive gap with the Gers in recent seasons, and it feels imperative that the Light Blues keep players like Cerny to get back to the top.
