‘Vaclav Cerny surely destined for SFA fine’ as Rangers v Celtic footage emerges
Rangers star Vaclav Cerny is bound to pick up a fine for his actions in the aftermath of the late Rangers winner against Celtic on Sunday.
The Czechia international played a key role as the Gers secured a famous 3-2 win away at Celtic Park thanks to a superb Hamza Igamane winner.
The Moroccan netted with two minutes to spare after Reo Hatate had brought the Hoops back on level terms after the Light Blues went 2-0 up.
Regardless of the excitement of the result, Cerny could be set to be brought down to earth with a bang in the coming days.

Cerny sprays water at Celtic fans after Igamane goal
Considering it was the first Old Firm derby clash with away fans for many years, the lack of crowd trouble came as a surprise.
That was the case until the Hoops supporters took particular issue with the Light Blues’ bench for seemingly no reason besides the winning goal.
After coming back from two goals down to throw it away with less than two minutes left was frustrating, so the reaction seemed normal.
On second view, Cerny can be seen spraying a bottle of water at the home fans as he ran behind Barry Ferguson who looked to keep his cool.
It is fair to say that this act from the winger didn’t go down well with the Celtic fans who were particularly irate with the 27-year-old.
Now the Wolfsberg loanee will await a potential punishment from the SFA which feels likely given the size of the clash and the problems that could have been caused.
Cerny unlikely to avoid SFA punishment at Rangers
There have been so many issues with crowd trouble at Old Firm games that the league organisers will look for any reason to restrict any measures.
These were made more lenient on Sunday (16 March) as the Bears could celebrate with the Light Blues after their late, great win at Parkhead.
With that being said, Cerny probably hasn’t done his fans any favours after he incited anger among the home supporters late on.
Fair enough, it is hard to contain emotion when a late winner goes in, in a derby, but spraying water at supporters is unlikely to go down well.
It isn’t the end of the world and a fine feels like the most likely punishment, if not a slap on the wrist, but still was an unwise move especially after such a great win.
