Philippe Clement has the perfect opportunity to pile further misery on Ruben Amorim when Rangers face Manchester United in the Europa League.
The Gers can stake a claim to qualify for the knockout rounds with a victory at Old Trafford on Thursday (23 January) with pressure building on Amorim in Manchester going into the clash.
However, the result could be decided before a ball has been kicked after the Portuguses boss “smashed the dressing room TV” in a heated rant after the 3-1 loss against Brighton in the Premier League (Daily Mail, 21 January).

While Clement is no stranger to the pressure of success at Ibrox, for once, the Belgian’s increasingly uncertain future will not be the main focus heading to Old Trafford.

The wheels are falling off at the Red Devil as Amorim’s breakdown arrives at the perfect time for Clement.
