Ianis Hagi may never play for Clement again amid Rangers update
Philippe Clement could exile Ianis Hagi from the Rangers squad again amid January exit links.
The Romania international spent the early stages of the season out of the Gers’ squad after failing to complete a move away from Ibrox.
The 26-year-old has returned to the side in recent months and has played a key role in an upturn in form for the Light Blues.
Despite this, Clement may decide to drop the attacking midfielder from his squad again with a January transfer potentially on the cards.

The former Genk man has shown some positive form in recent weeks, which has caught the attention of potential suitors ahead of January.
Serie A outfit Genoa are interested in bringing Hagi to Italy, with their new owner Dan Sucu keen on bringing him in after attempting to complete a deal before with Rapid Bucharest [Fanatik, 20 August].
There is an opportunity for the midfielder to link up with Patrick Vieira, which may prove to be difficult to turn down in the winter window.
With that being said, the prospect of this could leave Clement fuming given that he has just reintroduced the Romanian back to the starting fold at Ibrox.

If a move away for the ex-Fiorentina youngster does look as if it is going through in the winter, the Belgian could drop him from the squad entirely.
This could see him wait for a transfer to go through and then hopefully utilise the transfer fee received well to improve the Govan club’s squad.
In other Rangers news, A club’s “annoyance” has been speculated if their star man leaves for Ibrox and starts scoring for fun.
