Rangers price emerges for Robby McCrorie transfer at Ibrox
Robby McCrorie’s Rangers exit could be secured with a six-figure fee with significant add-ons, according to Chris Jack.
The journalist reported via Rangers Review [4 June] that there is interest from England and Scotland in the 26-year-old shot-stopper, who has rejected a new deal at Ibrox in recent weeks.
Without a new deal, McCrorie is set to enter the final 12 months of his current contract at Ibrox, and it is believed that the Gers would be open to accepting a six-figure deal for the keeper.
Will Robby McCrorie leave Rangers this summer?
Considering that McCrorie has just 12 months left on his contract, his unwillingness to secure his future at Ibrox, and the amount of interest from surrounding clubs, his exit looks highly likely.
With just seven senior appearances for the Gers since 2021, it comes as no surprise to see the goalkeeper frustrated by the amount of valuable game time he has missed out on.
Of course, Jack Butland is always going to be the first choice for as long as he stays at Ibrox, though it does seem like Philippe Clement could finish the summer transfer window with both ‘keepers leaving.
The former Crystal Palace and Stoke City man is open to a move back to the Premier League after just one season in Scotland, while his performances have caused several clubs to sit up and take notice.
Though McCrorie has been unable to make much of an impact on the pitch, he will not be short of offers this summer if he chooses that an exit from Ibrox is the best decision for his career.

He has been given limited chances since developing through the Rangers academy at Auchenhowie, which will come as a frustrating situation for the goalkeeper.
There will be plenty of changes at Ibrox in the coming weeks, and the Gers may choose to cut their losses with McCrorie before the player leaves on a free transfer next summer.
