New Rangers transfer admission emerges with Jefte deal understood to be done

Heart and Hand believe that Rangers need major surgery in the summer transfer window and the result of the Celtic final does not change that.

The deal to sign left-back Jefte is also understood to be done amid failure to get that over the line in the January transfer window.

Gers have been linked with Jose Cordoba who’s expected to be the next one to follow Jefte through the door.

Via Twitter, Heart and Hand wrote: “Nothing changes after tomorrow regardless of result. Rangers need major surgery this summer and a win, while welcome, would not change that.

“@4ladshadadream reporting Jefte deal being done is hopefully just start of that.”

Rangers need at least five quality transfers this summer

Gers have faced a challenging season, falling short of their usual high standards, especially in the league.

Despite past successes, the team has struggled to maintain their performance levels, necessitating a major overhaul of the squad.

To return to their previous heights, Rangers must focus on strengthening their playing eleven with at least five new signings.

These additions should address key areas of weakness and provide much-needed quality and depth to the team.

Additionally, a number of players who have not met expectations must be moved on to make way for new signings like Jefte and Cordoba.

This summer transfer window is crucial for Rangers to rebuild and reclaim their position at the top of Scottish football.

By making the necessary changes, the club can ensure a more competitive and successful future.
