Rangers officially respond to supposed new kit leak on social media

Rangers have shut down the rumours of a supposed new third kit for next season being released on social media on Monday 13 May.

Four Lads Had A Dream has shared the response of the club after fans were not happy with what could have been a new orange and blue strip for the 2024/25 season.

Sharing the response of the club on X, Four Lads confirmed that the images have been “completely made up.”

New Rangers kit worry ends at Ibrox

It has not been a good week on the pitch for the Bears, and based on the reaction to this supposed leak, it was about to get even worse off of it.

Thankfully, those nightmares will not become a reality, with the club signing off on all kits from manufacturers ahead of their releases.

The defeat to Celtic which effectively hands them the Scottish Premiership title was not good enough, and many eyes are already on next season and wrestling that back again.

Of course, there is still the Scottish Cup to be won at Hampden Park but with a summer clearout also expected, many changes are coming at Ibrox.

At least with those changes coming, this shocking kit will not be one of them to take effect for the playing squad, which will be drastically changed in a couple of months.

Clement will only be bothered about finishing this season strong now, but it is hard to not already be putting plans in place for another shot in the next campaign.
