Rangers trolled by Stan Collymore with Celtic video clip after defeat to Ross County

Stan Collymore appeared to troll Rangers supporters with a video posted on social media following the defeat to Ross County.

The Gers fell to a 3-2 loss in Sunday’s (14 April) contest in Dingwall to remain four points behind leaders Celtic with a game in hand.

Former Liverpool striker Collymore wasted no time in posting one of Celtic’s anthems on his personal X account [14 April].

While he did not mention Rangers by name, it was clear exactly what Collymore – who has Celtic allegiances – was trying to do.

Rangers no longer Scottish Premiership favourites

As angry as Rangers fans are in the immediate aftermath of the loss to Ross County, some perspective is needed.

Philippe Clement has worked wonders since coming on board. Nobody expected the Gers to be title favourites heading into the final stretch.

This defeat is an almighty setback, but the Gers still technically have their titles aspirations in their own hands.

The big difference now is that Clement’s men will have to go to Celtic Park and win if they are to come out on top.

Collymore can have his five minutes of enjoyment, but let’s just remember that nothing is over yet – even if Celtic fans apparently think it is.

It will make the victory at Parkhead all the sweeter. As hard as the Ross County loss is to take, supporters simply need to remain positive.
