Rangers: Keith Jackson predicts result v Celtic as title verdict shared ahead of Ibrox showdown
Keith Jackson believes the Rangers game against Celtic has a draw “written all over it” as the two sides prepare to go head-to-head on 7 April.
Writing on the Daily Record website on Monday (1 April), the journalist said that a share of the spoils might “suit both sides” as they are currently separated by just one point.
He predicted the title race is going to go all the way to the wire, with the Gers still having a game in hand over their Old Firm rivals.
“This title fight is going all the way to the wire,” said Jackson. “Which is precisely why Sunday has a share of the points written all over it. And that result might suit both sides.”
Rangers can’t afford to lose against Celtic
It does feel like a game that neither side can afford to lose as they both have aspirations of lifting the title in just a few weeks time.
While Rangers still hold the advantage with their game in hand, they will be desperate to ensure they don’t lose three Old Firm matches this season.
The result of the game won’t decide where the title will end up, but it could go a long way towards suggesting who will be crowned champions if someone can come out on top.

Philippe Clement will be confident that his side have what it takes to get the job done after they have been in unbelievable form since he arrived in Glasgow.
The Belgian will be keen to ensure their efforts don’t go to waste, though, ahead of what will be a massive occasion at Ibrox with so much on the line.
