Rangers: Keown shares what he saw Chelsea fan say about Dujon Sterling after what happened
Gary Keown has revealed what he saw a Chelsea fan say about Dujon Sterling following his recent performances for Rangers.
Writing on page 95 of the Scottish Mail on Sunday’s print edition on 10 March, the journalist said the Blues supporter claimed his club had let the wrong Sterling leave Stamford Bridge last summer, with Raheem Sterling still plying his trade in West London.
Keown added that the England international is the type of player to “get you off your seat”, but that the Gers’ utility man is proving that it takes much more than that to “put some body in the bouillabaisse” after impressing lately at Ibrox.
Dujon Sterling proving his worth at Rangers
It took some time for the Rangers fans to see what Sterling is all about, but he has made a massive contribution over the past few months.
There is a good chance he wouldn’t have been afforded the opportunity to impress if the Gers hadn’t gone through an injury crisis.
But Philippe Clement has realised the Englishman can do a job in several positions after he’s featured at right-back, in midfield and even on the right wing lately.

The former Chelsea academy product grabbed his first professional goal of his career in the 2-2 draw with Benfica in the Europa League on Thursday (7 March).
He will be hoping to continue impressing over the next few months as he looks to help the Light Blues pick up more trophies this season.
In other Rangers news, a journalist has mooted a potential Ibrox exit as the Gers look to kickstart their player-trading model.
