Rangers: Philippe Clement must axe Cyriel Dessers v Kilmarnock despite 100% Hearts display
Rangers continued their superb run under talented manager Philippe Clement with a thumping victory over Hearts at Ibrox.
The Glasgow club ran out 5-0 winners against the Edinburgh outfit on Saturday (24 February), with January transfer window recruits Mohamed Diomande, Oscar Cortes and Fabio Silva all scoring.
But stealing much of the headlines was summer signing Cyriel Dessers, with the striker scoring a goal either side of half-time.
His brace means he now boasts 16 goals for the Ibrox club, with the striker in superb form after struggling in his early days in Scotland.
Dessers didn’t just impress with his goals against the Jambos, with the forward completing 100% of his passes, one of which was key [Sofascore].
Furthermore, he had three shots on target and won two fouls for his side as they stormed to a stunning win.
However, Clement really should axe the striker when the Gers travel to Kilmarnock on Wednesday (28 February) given the busy schedule.
Will Philippe Clement axe Cyriel Dessers in Rangers versus Kilmarnock?
Firstly, Dessers needs a rest after playing 79 minutes against Hearts, and secondly the manager can simply replace him with Silva from the first whistle.
The on-loan Wolves man is also in fine form in front of goal, and should be confident of extending his tally under the lights at Kilmarnock.

The league clash is the club’s final match of the month, with Scottish Cup and Europa League duties getting back underway in March, in what is set to be another busy and very important month for the Ibrox outfit.
In other Rangers news, one Gers sensation is set to force Clement’s hand after a behind-the-scenes Ibrox development.
