Wolves star Pedro Neto reacts after what Fabio Silva did in Rangers v Livingston
Wolves star Pedro Neto has sent a message to Fabio Silva after he scored for Rangers as they defeated Livingston 3-0.
The latter, who is currently on loan from the Premier League club, scored his first goal for the Gers in the clash at Ibrox.
Rabbi Matondo and Todd Cantwell also found the back of the net in the Scottish Premiership victory on Saturday (3 February).
Taking to social media to celebrate his goal, Silva posted on Instagram: “I’m very happy with the victory and my first goal with this shirt,” with Wolves attacker Neto among those commenting on the post.
Rangers chasing Celtic
It was very much a routine win for Philippe Clement’s side, with the hosts easing to another important three points in the league.
Silva and indeed his temporary boss will be absolutely delighted with the goal, with the striker having been keen to get off the mark as soon as possible.
That should fill him with confidence, with many other attackers struggling to hit the back of the net so early in their Ibrox careers.
In a huge boost for Rangers, their victory coincided with fierce rivals and league leaders Celtic dropping points, with the Bhoys drawing 1-1 with Aberdeen on Saturday, leading to Chris Sutton dropping a title verdict.
The gap at the top of the Scottish Premiership table has now been narrowed to just three points, with the Ibrox club still having a game in hand over their Glasgow rivals.

The three goals and clean sheet will have been warmly welcomed by Clement, with his successful spell at the club storming on at quite a rapid rate.
