Rangers expected to complete new Mohamed Diomande signing within days as Four Lads drop transfer update
Rangers are expected to complete the signing of Mohamed Diomande from Nordsjaelland within the next few days with the deal close to being done, according to Four Lads Had A Dream.
The Rangers news source shared the update on 21 January after reports from Denmark shared that the deal was close, and that has now been reiterated by Four Lads.
They did add the disclaimer that a deal is never done until the player is pictured with the Rangers scarf but shared that, all being well, the deal should be completed in the coming days.
A fantastic new arrival at Ibrox
At just 22 years old, and having played 13 times for Nordsjaelland this season where he picked up three assists, Rangers have a real exciting talent on their hands with Diomande.
A new midfielder was high on the list of priorities at Ibrox this January as a result of the issues they have faced with squad depth, often leading to Dujon Sterling filling in outside of his usual right-back position.
Although his performances were good in that role, there was no doubt a specialist player should be brought in at Ibrox, and now with the move for Diomande set to be completed in the coming days, they have finally found their main man.

It looks set to be a busy end to the window at Ibrox, with a new left-back and striker still wanted by Rangers, with plenty of incoming transfer activity expected with just over one week left to get players over the line.
