Rangers file new paperwork on Companies House as termination confirmed
Rangers have officially filed new paperwork with Companies House in the last 24 hours with a board reshuffle confirmed at Ibrox.
Documents have been signed off and released late on Monday 4 December, with the appointment of James Taylor as the new Secretary of the club.
Alongside that, it was also confirmed that James Blair has now been officially terminated with no links to Rangers or anyone at the club now.

Paperwork tends to take time to be officially filed, with Blair actually leaving the club back in September.
Chris Jack shared on September 1 that the exit of Blair came in line with numerous other significant changes at the boardroom level after the appointment of John Bennett as chairman.
Taylor is, of course, already on the board, so this should be a seamless transition on that front.

Changes.
With the AGM and votes taking place today, this is one of those things that was likely confirmed some time ago, but only just saw the paperwork officially filed.
Companies House documents often take time to emerge online after being filed, so it is no concern that this has only just happened months after the exit of Blair.
Bennett will likely face a grilling today alongside his fellow board members, with numerous issues that need to be addressed at Edmiston House.
James Bisgrove and the chairman will likely be the busiest duo with transfer spends, both past and future, on the cards as well as other telling problems currently on and off the pitch.
With no hiccups though, the board should stay the same and things run smoothly with two new appointments to come that could complete the team in the New Year.
Changes are coming, and we can expect even more paperwork to be filed soon.
In other Rangers news, the club may now rekindle the transfer interest in a ‘Dynamic’ central midfielder amid a recent behind-the-scenes coup.
