Rangers now headed in right direction on and off pitch as £84m Ibrox news emerges, club record achieved
Rangers haven’t always headed in the right direction, with the Scottish giants struggling behind the scenes not so long ago due to various issues off the pitch.
But it seems that the Ibrox outfit have now turned a corner, with the latest financial results set to delight all those associated with the club.
As per the official Rangers website (13 November), the club has recorded an operating profit for the second consecutive year, with record commercial revenue generated. Turnover for the year to 30 June 2023 meanwhile was £83.8million.

So, it is clear that the situation off the pitch is a positive one, and the very same can undoubtedly be said for the current situation on the pitch.
Philippe Clement has recently entered the Ibrox dugout following the sacking of Michael Beale, and the new manager has had a superb start to life in Scotland.
Results were starting to get unbearable under Beale, forcing the powers that be to take urgent action. And it looks like they made a superb call, with Clement unbeaten from his first seven matches in charge of the Gers.
That stunning run includes six victories and one draw, with the latter a hard-fought point away to Sparta Prague in the Europa League.

The wins meanwhile include Sparta Prague at home in Europe and Hearts in the League Cup semi-final at Hampden Park.
And important Scottish Premiership points have been taken at home to Edinburgh sides Hibernian and Hearts, and away to Dundee and Livingston.
Gers supporters will be delighted with how quickly things have turned around, with the latest financial results providing another reason for the Ibrox faithful to smile.
In other Rangers news, one Celtic player is in a “race against time” to play against the Gers after a recent “double whammy,” according to the Daily Record.
