Alan Rough predicts result of Livingston v Rangers in Scottish Premiership
Alan Rough has predicted Rangers will be comfortable 3-0 winners when they take on Livingston in the Scottish Premiership this weekend.
The Gers are now unbeaten in six games under manager Philippe Clement, winning five of those, after seeing off Sparta Prague 2-1 in midweek.
Livingston are on a four-match losing run, meanwhile, and Rough cannot see the hosts troubling Rangers at Almondvale Stadium.
“The first half the other night [against Sparta] was excellent,” Rough said on PLZ Soccer’s The Saturday Preview Show [11 November, 10m, 30s].
“Okay, they never really hit their peak in the second half but that performance would still good enough to beat Livingston.
“They (Livingston) don’t have any big players that can come in and win games for them if they’re not playing particularly well. I think Rangers will win quite easily, 3-0.”
Keep the wins coming
If this goes by the form book, there really is only one winner in Sunday’s (12 November) showdown in West Lothian.
Rangers have well and truly turned a corner since Clement replaced Michael Beale to remain on course for silverware on multiple fronts.

However, the Light Blues cannot afford to take their eye off the ball in this final game before the final international break of the year.
Celtic are still eight points better off, albeit having played a game more, and it would be nice to close that gap slightly this weekend.
All the Gers can do at this point is continue grinding out the league wins and hope that Celtic start dropping more points in the coming weeks.
Livingston have won just one of their last nine Scottish Premiership matches, so this should be as straightforward a victory as they come.
