Rangers make offer to sign Adam Berry from Manchester United, he’s spotted in Gers jersey
Rangers have handed a trial to Manchester United forward Adam Berry, according to The Scottish Sun.
The newspaper reported on its website on Tuesday (31 October) that the 17-year-old has been involved in the Gers B team’s matches against Icelandic side Breidablik last midweek and the clash with Hearts B.
It said the Light Blues moved to offer the England youth international a trial after his future at Old Trafford has recently become unclear.

Interesting
This is an extremely interesting move from Rangers as Berry was previously thought to be one of the most exciting talents coming through at Man United.
The teenager made his debut for the Premier League side’s U-18s when he was just 15 years old in August 2021, suggesting he could have a bright future in Manchester.
He caught the attention of the club’s fanbase when a goal he scored for the U-15s went viral after he found the back of the net from the halfway line.

But his time at Old Trafford doesn’t look set to pan out as many people expected due to the immediate uncertainty around his future.
The Light Blues have decided to pounce on the opportunity and it’ll be interesting to see how the situation pans out after he’s already played for the club’s B team.
