BBC pundit apologises to Aberdeen fans as Rangers transfer mooted for Bojan Miovski
Rangers should be looking to sign Aberdeen forward Bojan Miovski, according to Simon Donnelly.
Speaking on the Clyde 1 Superscoreboard YouTube channel on Tuesday (31 October), the pundit apologised to the Dons fans as he urged the Gers and Celtic to make a move for the 24-year-old.
He added that he really likes the North Macedonian international, with the Light Blues potentially looking at options to bolster their attack ahead of the January transfer window.
“I apologise to Aberdeen fans, I really like the striker Miovski,” said Donnelly. “I think Celtic and Rangers should be looking at guys like that as well.”
Different
This is quite an interesting option for Donnelly to suggest Rangers to sign as he would provide something different to the other forwards at the club.
Since signing for Aberdeen from MTK Budapest in 2022, Miovski has scored 27 goals and laid on six assists in 58 appearances, including nine strikes already in this campaign.
Those figures are far superior to any of the current strikers at Ibrox after the summer recruits have so far struggled to adapt to life with the Gers.

At 6’2″, the North Macedonian can dominate defenders on his day in the air, but he is also more than competent on the floor as he looks to bring his teammates into play.
This hasn’t been the typical signing that the Light Blues have looked to bring in recently, but with his knowledge of the league, he could be an addition that’s worth looking into.
In other Rangers news, the Gers were torn to shreds in a newspaper after squandering £8million.
