Kenny Miller wowed by what ‘sensational’ Rangers star did v Hibernian
Kenny Miller was wowed by the “sensational” Abdallah Sima after the forward scored the opening goal in Rangers 4-0 win against Hibernian at Ibrox, commenting it was a dream start for Philippe Clement.
Clement’s side took the lead in the 17th minute in an ideal start to his Ibrox tenure after Sima used his pace to capitalise on an error in midfield from Hibs.
Miller commented that Sima’s finish from a tight angle was especially impressive, and Gers were able to make the most of their opponents’ sloppy play in the middle of the park.

Commenting on the game for BBC Scotland [21 October, 15:21, via BBC live blog], the former Rangers man shared: “It’s a sensational finish from Sima.
“Hibs lose it in the middle of the pitch, they have been taking a few chances there.
“His finish to drill it in low from a tight angle is brilliant. Dream start for Philippe Clement.”
Sima continues his flying start
If there was any likely scorer for the Rangers, Sima was probably top of most people’s lips. This goal has made it an eighth for the season as he continues to show the Ibrox crowd what he is capable of. He has stood out above the crowd so far this season despite a sloppy start.
Sima had gained praise from former Scotland international Chris Iwulemo live on BBC Sportscene recently for his performances so far this season, with the pundit claiming he would be judged on the goals he scores, and he has now kept up that form.

Clement will be delighted with Sima continuing his form despite the change in management and style, as he continues to prove he can cut it at the top level and should be considered one of the Ibrox side’s most important and consistent players.
It was, as Miller said, a dream start for the new boss, and his side went on to take it past dream status as they absolutely smashed the travelling Hibees with ease.
