Rangers midfielder Todd Cantwell return timescale revealed by Injury Expert
We’re delighted to welcome injury expert Dr Rajpal Brar as our exclusive columnist. Each week he’ll be giving his views on the injury situation at Rangers...
Rangers midfielder Todd Cantwell is unlikely to be out for too much longer as he suffered a knee injury, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.
The injury expert believes that the details shared by Gers are hazy but it seems like he’s on the right track towards a return.
In the middle of September, a four-week timeline had been given which means he could be closing in on his return to training.

Discussing his situation exclusively with Ibrox News, Brar, a doctor in physical therapy and a sports scientist, said:
“It’s quite difficult to say because the details are hazy.
“All we know are that Cantwell suffered the injury during a challenge and the timeline given is roughly 3-4 weeks at the time.
“It could be a plethora of things but the good news is it doesn’t sound too serious and he may not be out too long and might be back in training soon.“

Cantwell has been an important first-team player since he moved to Ibrox in January and hit the ground running under Michael Beale.
However, he’s not enjoyed the best of starts to the season both in terms of his form as well as his fitness.
The former Norwich City man will be hoping that his injury woes can be put behind him as he’ll look to make more of an impact on the side.
