Rangers predicted XI v St Johnstone: Michael Beale to axe Dujon Sterling in 3 changes from Celtic defeat
Rangers will be looking to get over the disappointing loss v Celtic when they take on St Johnstone post the resumption of football after the international break.
Michael Beale’s side will travel to McDiarmid Park to take on the side that’s winless and currently sitting bottom of the SPFL table.
The Gers boss desperately needs a good run of form as he’s fighting for his job and this may be the perfect way to begin a run of winning games.

In the 1-0 loss v Celtic, due to Borna Barisic’s absence, Beale quite surprisingly went for Dujon Sterling instead of Ridvan Yilmaz.
Barisic has now returned to full fitness and played for Croatia in the international break so he’s expected to be named in the eleven.
Even if he’s on the bench, Yilmaz is a much better option there than Sterling and the Turkey international should be the second choice.
Beale is aiming to find a balance between the midfield trio of Ryan Jack, Nicolas Raskin and Todd Cantwell and will want them to play more games together.

He’s unlikely to make any changes there with Jose Cifuentes and Tom Lawrence likely to get minutes off the bench.
Cyriel Dessers struggled while leading the line v Celtic so Danilo is expected to come in for him in the second change for Beale.
Rabbi Matondo’s form too, has been extremely erratic and Abdallah Sima showed a bright spark after coming off the bench and may be handed a start against St Johnstone this weekend.
In other Rangers news, a never-seen-before player was spotted in Gers training on Monday amid a recent international development.
