Rangers fans will love new Danilo development amid difficult start at Ibrox
Rangers manager Michael Beale made huge changes at the club in the summer transfer window, both in terms of incomings and outgoings.
It was, of course, the former that got fans excited ahead of the new season, but the nine new faces at the club haven’t exactly set Ibrox alight so far.
Perhaps it is only really goalkeeper Jack Butland who can hold his head high, with the former England international proving he still has what it takes to operate at this level. At the other end of the pitch, however, the new attackers haven’t hit the ground running immediately.

That is especially true of Danilo, who has found the back of the net just two times from nine appearances since joining from Feyenoord. In the player’s defence, he has been handed just 358 minutes out of a possible 810 so far under Beale.
Still, the striker and indeed Gers fans will be disappointed with his return so far, especially given how he banged in 14 goals for Feyenoord last season, as well as having shone for the Dutch club in pre-season before moving to Scotland.
Fans of the Scottish side will, however, appreciate the latest efforts from the 24-year-old, who has been using the current international break to work on his fitness.

The striker, who has only ever represented Brazil at Under-23 level, shared a video on his Instagram of him doing sprints, alone in an unknown location.
Perhaps it is an admission from the player that he needs to be doing more to impress his manager, with fans desperate that he can return to Ibrox ready to score on a regular basis.
