Rangers board told to ‘Back or Sack’ Michael Beale by official club partner
Heart and Hand have criticised the Rangers board for not being decisive around the future of Michael Beale during the international break.
Writing on their official Twitter account (8 September), the official club partner was reacting to news that the club and Beale seem to be contradicting themselves in public during the current international break as speculation mounts about the manager’s future.
There have been reports that the club are eyeing replacements for Beale with Kevin Muscat and John Eustace linked to the role, but the club have denied that is the case, but by going against him with the transfer lines it seems they aren’t giving him their full backing.
“Basically board had to back or sack Beale and they’ve managed to do neither,” they wrote.
Awful
The start of the season has been awful in every way you can imagine, and it simply hasn’t been good enough at any level.
We’ve won only two games in the league, three in all competitions, yet have been thrashed by PSV Eindhoven and dumped out of the Champions League while also been beaten by Celtic at Ibrox in the league to be four points behind after just four games.

The mood around the club has soured quickly after what was seen as a strong summer in the transfer market, and many people are questioning if Beale is the right man to take us forward.
But the board are seemingly backing him for now, but you cans sense that there isn’t full confidence there from them either and it’s almost a case of keeping him around because there are no outstanding candidates to replace him.
They had one job during this period and it was to try and stabilise things, and they’ve arguably managed to make it worse.
In other Rangers news, first-team ace could leave on season-long loan before September 15 deadline.
