Rangers: Glen Kamara travels to England to undergo Leeds United medical – Sky Sports
Rangers midfielder Glen Kamara is on his way to England to complete his medical ahead of a move to Leeds United, according to Sky Sports.
The news outlet reported on its live transfer feed on 31 August (12:07pm) that the Championship side have agreed a deal with the Gers for the Finland international.
A move has been expected for the 27-year-old ahead of the transfer deadline on Friday (1 September) after he has been frozen out by Michael Beale this season.

Matter of time
It’s felt like being just a matter of time for Kamara to complete his expected move to Leeds after he’s been linked with the club for the majority of this transfer window.
The midfielder is yet to feature this season and has been out of Beale’s thoughts despite many people thinking he would thrive under the manager.
Speaking to The Daily Mail on 16 August, Gers academy graduate Ross McCormack said: “I thought he’d be perfect for Michael Beale at Rangers but it’s obviously not working out there and he more than deserves the chance to return to England after the service he’s given the club.”

The Finn’s game time was massively reduced once the Gers boss arrived last season, having made just 19 league appearances – many of which were from the bench – despite featuring 28 times in the SPFL during the previous campaign.
He will be fondly remembered for his earlier days in a Light Blues shirt after helping the club claim their 55th league title and reach the Europa League final in 2022, but it appears as though a move away may now be best for everyone.
In other Rangers news, Ally McCoist was far from impressed with what one player did against PSV.
