Rangers transfer news as £3m exit update emerges on Fashion Sakala

Al Fayha have resurrected their quest to secure the services of Rangers attacker Fashion Sakala this summer, according to the Scottish Daily Mail.

The Scottish newspaper wrote in its newspaper on 2 August (Page 70) that the two clubs have already reached an agreement on a £3million fee for the Zambia international.

The 26-year-old previously turned down a move to the Middle Eastern side but the Saudi outfit are persuading him to join.

He will be another multi-million exit this summer after Antonio Colak joined Parma for £2.5million.

Sakala has been given chances aplenty to prove his worth and he’s clearly not made the most of them at Ibrox.

It’s not just Michael Beale but even Giovanni van Bronckhorst would not have been overly impressed by his performances for the club.

With an agreement on the fee reached it seems that all that is required to be done is for the attacker to now give the green signal on personal terms.

Given the Saudi monetary pull, there does not appear to be any reason why they will not be able to give the Zambian what he wants.

It may take some convincing to do but it’s a good chance for him to earn a decent paycheck and if he wants to return to Europe, prove why clubs here should sign him.

Beale appears to have made things clear to him, in no uncertain terms, that he’s not a part of his plans going forward at the club.

In other Rangers news, the club are now battling an English side for the services of an Arsenal player set to leave this summer.
