Antonio Colak agrees personal terms to quit Rangers for good as Ibrox exit twist emerges
Rangers striker Antonio Colak has agreed personal terms to join Parma in a £2.5million transfer, according to the Scottish Daily Mail.
The newspaper reported on Saturday (15 July, page 110) that Colak, 29, will sign a three-year deal with the Serie B club once his medical results are confirmed.
It is understood that with seven signings already completed at Ibrox, Colak’s exit “could open the way for Rangers to make a renewed attempt to secure Brazilian forward Danilo from Feyenoord”.

Rangers have already seen Allan McGregor, Filip Helander, Ryan Kent, Alfredo Morelos and Scott Arfield leave on frees this summer with Mateusz Zukowski joining Slask Wroclaw for an undisclosed fee.
Good deal
It’s a bit of a surprise to see Colak leaving Rangers so soon because he did have a decent impact in the first half of last season.
However, Michael Beale clearly didn’t fancy the former PAOK centre-forward, who struggled for game-time after the Englishman’s arrival at Ibrox with Alfredo Morelos playing more often despite everyone knowing he was on his way out.
Colak signed for Rangers last year for £1.8million so the Gers have made a bit of a profit on the striker.

That’s not bad business considering the fact he struggled for games and goals in the second half of last season and that he’s on the verge of turning 30.
It hasn’t quite worked out as we would have hoped for the Croatian in Glasgow but we wish him all the best in Italy as he continues his journeyman career with Parma, a very historic club.
Rangers can now reinvest this money into the squad unless it’s already been spent and it seems as though Feyenoord’s Danilo is the man that Beale really wants to come in.
Truth be told, so do we. He looks like a very exciting prospect for Rangers fans.
