Rangers transfer news as double move on cards after Jose Cifuentes
Rangers are looking to bring at least two more players to the club, in a possible double transfer move after bringing in Jose Cifuentes, according to Dean Jones via GIVEMESPORT.
The former CBS journalist has suggested that Rangers will look to bring in another forward and defender through the doors at Ibrox.
Cifuentes is said to have agreed on terms to move to Glasgow, with the final hurdle sorting out a fee with LAFC to bring him to town this summer, rather than the winter.

When asked about Rangers transfers speaking to GIVEMESPORT, Jones revealed: “I think it’s seven they’ve got through the door already, at least a couple more to follow.
“The Cifuentes one is being held up a bit, but even with that, I don’t think Rangers are finished yet. I’m expecting another forward player and another defender as well to be signed.”

Backing Beale in the market
Rangers’ willingness to be active in backing their manager through this summer’s transfer window has been hugely positive, with multiple signings already completed this summer, and other links suggesting their total could end up being more than ten incoming deals.
Michael Beale wants to mould his squad into his own and have them undergo a full pre-season getting to know the rest of the squad and his style of play.
This is why signings like Panzo will be important to the club. Players that the manager has personally identified as options to bring in, who he thinks will suit his game and the way he wants his players to perform. This will give the club the best chance at challenging for the title this season.
Even if they miss out on a deal for Traore as has been rumoured, the club have numerous other targets lined up to pursue such as Feyenoord striker Danilo, with speculation around him refusing to die down.
In other Rangers news, a deal has been agreed for a striker to leave the club.
