Rangers ready new bid to sign Danilo as serious Michael Beale transfer stance emerges from Ibrox
Michael Beale is “seriously interested” in signing Feyenoord striker Danilo as Rangers continue to add to their attack, according to Football Scotland.
The Scottish news outlet reported on Tuesday (11 July) that an opening offer of £3.5million has been rejected by Feyenoord but the Dutch giants are now bracing themselves for a second bid to arrive from Govan.
It is understood that Rangers are now readying an improved bid as Beale looks to add to his front line despite already signing Cyriel Dessers from Cremonense for £4.8million.

Exciting times
Rangers have done the right thing this summer by not waiting around to add to their squad.
It was always going to be a summer of huge change with a number of high-profile exits already being confirmed by the Ibrox giants.
Seven new signings have been made to replace those outgoing and also add to the options Beale already has.
A lot of them have been exciting. Jack Butland, for example, is an extremely high-profile addition to the side while Dessers, who arrives for a multi-million-pound fee is a big statement by the Light Blues.

Danilo is also exciting – who wouldn’t be excited by a Brazilian striker?
The 24-year-old scored 14 goals in 48 appearances across all competitions for Feyenoord last season without being their main starter up front.
In the Eredivisie, he earned 14 starts but still scored 10 times with a couple of those goals coming against PSV and AZ Alkmaar on Feyenoord’s route to winning the Dutch league title.
He also scored in the Europa League knockout stages against Shakhtar Donetsk.
We feel he’d be an amazing signing and a real signal to Celtic that we need to be taken way more seriously next season.
In other Rangers news, an update has emerged on new signing’s injury scare.
