Rangers star Jack Butland sends one-word message to David De Gea after news at Manchester United
Rangers goalkeeper Jack Butland has sent a one-word message to David De Gea after his exit from Manchester United was confirmed.
The Spaniard has left the Red Devils after a 12-year stay at the club, as confirmed by the official Manchester United website.
And Gers ace Butland has sent a message to his former teammate, with Butland having spent last season on loan at the English club.

De Gea posted a lengthy goodbye message to the Red Devils on Instagram, beginning with the words: “I just wanted to send this farewell message to all Manchester United supporters.”
His former teammate Butland commented: “Legend.”
The Rangers shot-stopper also posted a message to the Spaniard on his Instagram story, saying: “Best wishes brother, a club legend in every sense.”

Red Devils legend
The well-wishes have been pouring in for Manchester United legend De Gea, who leaves Old Trafford as one of the club’s best-ever players.
The Spaniard made countless memories during his 12-year spell in England, making 545 appearances for the Red Devils, keeping 190 clean sheets along the way.
Both figures are club records for a goalkeeper, but he is now off a new adventure, with the same to be said of former Manchester United man Butland.
Along with several individual awards, De Gea won the Premier League, FA Cup, UEFA Europa League and two Carabao Cups.
New Rangers goalkeeper Butland may not have made any appearances during his loan spell at Old Trafford, but he will have been able to learn so much from legendary figure De Gea.
Working with the Spaniard on the training ground will have done wonders for the former Crystal Palace and Stoke City man, who now has a huge task ahead of him in helping get Rangers back to the top of Scottish football.
In other Rangers news, Barry Ferguson is now worried about the potential sale of one Gers star amid the latest Ibrox transfer news.
