Danilo now desperate to join Rangers from Feyenoord with Ibrox exits on the cards
Feyenoord striker Danilo is now “desperate” to make the move to Rangers, according to the Daily Record.
The Brazilian is one of several forwards who have been linked to Ibrox throughout a summer of upheaval in the Gers’ first-team squad.
Sam Lammers has already arrived at Ibrox, while Cyriel Dessers is reportedly on the cusp of joining too.

And the Record (page 50, 6 July) wrote in its Thursday print edition that Danilo is still keen to make the move from the Eredivisie too.
The publication added that several other exits could be on the cards at Rangers, in addition to Glen Kamara who is being chased by Besiktas, as Beale make space for new additions
An exciting proposition
There has been no shortage of news at Ibrox already this transfer window, with boss Michael Beale active in the market as he attempts to reshape his Rangers squad.
Lammers is a done deal, Dessers should follow, and Abdallah Sima has joined on loan from Brighton in another addition to the final third.
Danilo, at 24, is looking for regular starts. He had a very impressive 10 goals in 34 appearances in the Eredivisie last season, but only 14 of those were from the starting line-up.

He likely views the switch to Rangers as a chance to make an impression and potentially catch the eye of clubs in the Premier League in the long term.
For now, though, it is a signing that should excite Rangers fans and one that could be a very important cog in the machine next season.
It’s certainly an exciting proposition and there is much to be excited about this upcoming campaign.
