Rangers transfer exits on the cards as clubs want to sign Antonio Colak and Scott Wright
Both Antonio Colak and Scott Wright could leave Rangers this summer as clubs show interest in moves to sign the pair, according to Football Scotland.
Michael Beale is set to trim his squad of peripheral players as his sixth signing in Cyriel Dessers arrives, and the two attackers are both available if offers are made.
That outcome appears to be on the cards as the Croatian striker is wanted in the Bundesliga, and the Scottish winger is apparently still in the sights of Preston North End as well as emerging as a target for a “bumper Saudi offer” from former boss Steven Gerrard.

Football Scotland reports on possible exits: “Antonio Colak is a target for Werder Bremen and could move on, while Scott Wright is wanted for Preston with the English club already having two bids rejected for him.”
Exit-bound?
The same outlet had previously suggested on 20 June that the advances from PNE were over after “lowball” offers for the 25-year-old, but the latest update appears to peg Wright as a live target alongside Colak.
If the mooted interest from Gerrard at Al Ettifaq materialises it will no doubt be infinitely more lucrative than what is likely to be forthcoming from Deepdale.
It would also necessarily entail far more upheaval for the 25-year-old to take it up, but given he hasn’t started an SPFL fixture since Michael Beale arrived the manager would surely be delighted to bank the £2million supposedly being lined up [Daily Record, 4 July].

On purely financial grounds PNE would be out of the running, but the Championship club may have received some encouragement from Wright’s camp if they do in fact remain in the race.
Colak would certainly be useful for Rangers next season as he has proven he can score goals at Ibrox, but how many opportunities he will get to do so if Dessers, Sam Lammers, Fashion Sakala and Abdallah Sima are all fit is in question.
Bild (21 June) had reported Werder Bremen previously scouted the 29-year-old and the latest update looks to confirm they are interested in him this summer.
If the money is right then it makes sense all round for him to move to a good league like the German top flight as he surely doesn’t want to sit on the bench at his age, and Beale has more incoming business he could fund with the fee.
In other Rangers news, a key man who the manager doesn’t want to lose is now being targeted for a summer exit.
