Official Rangers partner adds to Fabrizio Romano transfer update on Cyriel Dessers
Heart and Hand have shared their reaction as Fabrizio Romano has dropped a transfer update on Rangers closing in on signing Cyriel Dessers.
According to the Sky Sports journalist, a fee has been agreed but personal terms are imminent and not finalised just yet.
The club’s official partners have revealed that he’s been the top target for the club and they’re now closing in on an agreement.
Via Twitter, they wrote, “Been a long chase but clearly the top target.”

This is as clear an example as any as the club are backing Michael Beale to the T this summer and giving him the signings he wants.
In the past, many managers have been let down by the board and have paid the price for not delivering results which weren’t entirely on them.
This time around, Beale knows that he’s going to live and die by these signings and it remains to be seen what else is left to do.
There seems to be an appetite to sign another midfielder with Jose Cifuentes being the desired option and perhaps another defender could also be added to the mix.
However, with Dessers seemingly done, the bulk of their transfer activity this summer appears finished and Beale will have most of his players from day one of pre season.
That’s extremely important as they know that there’ll be now excuses next season to not win the league or at least fight until the very end.
