Medical done: Abdallah Sima to join Rangers on Thursday as yet another transfer struck
Rangers are preparing to announce Abdallah Sima as their latest summer signing after he completed a medical on Wednesday (28 June), according to STV.
STV reported that the Brighton forward completed the formality of medical tests and is poised to link up with Michael Beale’s side on a season-long loan.
Sima has yet to make his Seagulls debut since joining in 2021 and has enjoyed loan spells at Championship outfit Stoke City and French side Angers.

The latest stage in his career development will be in the Scottish Premiership, with a Rangers side who have been going through a squad overhaul.
Jack Butland, Dujon Sterling, Kieran Dowell and Sam Lammers have already joined, with Sima to be the fifth transfer-window arrival.
More good business
It is very difficult to predict how next season will pan out.
Rangers tallied 92 points in the Scottish Premiership and were still blown out of the water by Old Firm rivals Celtic, something they will want to put right out next season.
But Ange Postecoglou has left Celtic Park, Brendan Rodgers has returned, and the Gers are going through a big rebuild.

There is rightly so much optimism at Ibrox right now as Beale really sinks his teeth into his squad, and Sima is another exciting addition to go alongside the arrivals of Butland, Sterling, Dowell and Sammers.
He managed six goals in 37 appearances across all competitions for Angers last season and he will be itching to add more goals to his tally at Ibrox.
With more arrivals still expected, this is a great time to be a Rangers supporter…all Beale needs to do now is bring it all together.
