Michael Beale will sanction Antonio Colak Rangers exit as Bundesliga clubs circle for transfer
Michael Beale is willing to sanction the exit of Antonio Colak from Rangers with several German Bundesliga clubs interested, according to The Sun.
Colak joined the club last summer and netted 18 goals in his debut campaign, but the majority of them came under Giovanni van Bronckhorst as he suffered with injuries and lost his place under Michael Beale.
With Sam Lammers already joining and the club interested in Cyriel Dessers, Danilo and Abdallah Sima too Colak’s future now looks bleak and a new report claims Beale is willing to part with the Croatian striker to boost his budget.

“Croat Antonio Colak – who netted 18 goals in his Gers debut season – continues to interest a number of German clubs with Beale prepared to sanction a sale if the right offer comes in,” they wrote (26 June).
Expected
Many Rangers fans believed that the writing was on the wall already for Colak’s season when Alfredo Morelos was getting picked ahead of him despite being the team’s top scorer.
It’s quite evident that Beale isn’t a big fan of the striker’s style, and while he has left the door open for him to be part of the squad for next season if he stays he’d surely prefer to move him on.

He’d be able to get a decent fee for him considering the good season he had and the length of time remaining on his contract and that could help Beale get more money to boost the squad with players he actually wants.
Bundesliga clubs would present a good opportunity for Colak to continue playing at a high level which could convince him to leave.
Fans won’t miss him too much simply because he hasn’t had the chance to really make a massive impact on the club, and if it gets us what we need then it can only be a positive.
