Rangers transfer news as Sam Lammers to complete medical in Manchester
Dutch striker Sam Lammers will complete his medical in Manchester and sign for Rangers in a £3.5million transfer today (Wednesday, 14 June), according to The Scottish Sun.
The Gers are set to complete their fourth signing of the summer after the arrivals of Kieran Dowell, Jack Butland and Dujon Sterling at Ibrox.
Personal terms have been signed off and a fee has been agreed with Italian side Atalanta.

Lammers joined Atalanta from PSV for £7.5million in 2020 but struggled to make any significant impact, being sent out on three separate loan spells to Eintracht Frankfurt, Empoli and Sampdoria.
Great news
Although Lammers has struggled to score the goals his early career form suggested, a move to Ibrox can provide the forward with a new opportunity to reignite himself.
Michael Beale desperately needs attacking personnel heading into the 2023/24 Scottish Premiership season after the departures of Alfredo Morelos and Ryan Kent, and all involved in the club will hope the Dutchman can be the answer to these shortages.

The fact that right-back James Tavernier was the club’s top goalscorer last season speaks volumes of where Rangers have struggled in the past few months.
At £3.5million, this is yet another smart move from Beale and his recruitment team.
After snapping up Nicolas Raskin and Todd Cantwell in January on cut-price deals, it looks like he is operating the summer window with the same shrewd mindset.
Hopefully, there are no problems with the medical and the Gers can get their fourth signing of the summer dotted off.
In other Rangers news, a pundit has claimed that the Ibrox faithful will love this attacker at the club as Rangers are closing in on another signing.
