Sam Lammers to undergo Rangers medical on Wednesday morning ahead of £3m transfer from Atalanta
Atalanta striker Sam Lammers is set to undergo his Rangers medical on Wednesday morning ahead of a £3m move, according to Tutto Atalanta (13 June).
Michael Beale is keen to add attackers to his squad after losing Alfredo Morelos and Ryan Kent on free transfers, while Scott Wright has also been made available for transfer away from Ibrox.
And according to a new report the 26-year-old Dutch forward will undergo his medical in Glasgow within the next 18 hours with a transfer set to go through.

“The footballer will be sold on a permanent basis to Glasgow Rangers, with the medical scheduled for tomorrow morning,” they wrote.
Excellent
It was reported last week by Chris Jack that the club were looking to seal a triple deal this week to help boost Beale’s squad, and they’ve managed to get one over the line.
Lammers has struggled for goals big time in recent years, with just four goals over the last three seasons with Atalanta, Sampdoria and Empoli.
But clearly he has something that Beale likes about his style of play, and it’s possible that it could prove to be the end of Antonio Colak and Kemar Roofe’s time at Rangers with Cyriel Dessers likely to join too.

The club are moving very quickly in the transfer window this summer with four deals now sorted before it’s even officially been opened, and that is a good thing for fans.
Beale promised an overhaul and he and the club are delivering. If he can keep it up then fans at Ibrox can be excited for the new season knowing that Celtic will likely be weaker after losing Ange and Beale has got what he wants.
