Rangers ‘open to offers’ for Glen Kamara and Scott Wright with permanent exits on the cards – Sky Sports

Rangers are “open to offers” for first-team pair Glen Kamara and Scott Wright this summer as they expect to make several additions during the summer transfer window.

Michael Beale has already sealed deals for Dujon Sterling, Kieran Dowell and Jack Butland while they are hopeful of securing deals for three more players within the next week.

On top of those however, Rangers are still expecting to sign several more players according to Sky Sports (9 June) and that means they are open to seeing some players leaving the club.

“As well as several new additions expected this summer, the club are also understood to be open to offers for Glen Kamara and Scott Wright,” they wrote.

Expected

Beale has already openly spoke about Kamara’s future, admitting that they “will probably sell him”, while Wright has been out of favour since he arrived at the club as manager.

But with Ryan Kent, Alfredo Morelos and Scott Arfield leaving the club there was some chance that he could potentially stick around to ensure Rangers aren’t light in attack.

However with Dowell’s signing already secured and the expected arrivals of Cyriel Dessers and Sam Lammers, they look set to be well stocked.

There is said to be interest from Turkey for Kamara which should see some cash come in, while Wright is likely to draw interest from England’s lower leagues too.

Rangers are well on their way to having the summer window they wanted and promised, and fans should be excited about the months to come based on this so far as it shows they are working hard to give the manager what he needs and wants.

In other Rangers news, an official transfer bid has been tabled as the club continue talks for this wide player.
