Spotted: Rabbi Matondo sends three-word message to Calvin Bassey amid Rangers reunion
Rangers attacker Rabbi Matondo has sent a three-word social media message to former Ibrox ace Calvin Bassey.
The message comes after Bassey shared images of himself and fellow former Gers man Joe Aribo on holiday alongside Rangers duo Glen Kamara and Nnamdi Ofoborh.
Bassey spent two years at the Ibrox outfit from 2020-2022 before his switch to Netherlands side Ajax last summer.

Posting images of the players in Miami on his Instagram, Bassey wrote: “This is the way to go.”
Current Rangers ace Matondo commented: “Top tier content.”

Holiday mode activated
Bassey is clearly still popular among his former Rangers teammates, with the players all enjoying some downtime together after a lengthy season at their respective clubs.
The players will feel they need a holiday after spending so long on the pitch and the training ground, but Gers boss Michael Beale will no doubt be following his players closely ahead of their return to Glasgow.
The futures of both Kamara and Matondo are up in the air ahead of the summer transfer window, but at this moment in time they are very much still Rangers players, and will be getting back to work very shortly as the club prepare for their Champions League qualifying campaign.
The season may have just ended, but the upcoming season will arrive soon, and the Gers must be at their best if they are to make it all the way to the group stages of Europe’s premier competition.
In other Rangers news, former Gers striker Marco Negri has offered a phone call to one player to help him complete a “dream” move to Ibrox.
