Robbie Ure could exit Rangers as Michael Beale targets £14m duo

Rangers have reportedly submitted big money offers in recent weeks – and that should see Robbie Ure push for a loan exit from Ibrox.

The 19-year-old has been given first-team opportunities during the course of the 2022/23 season but is yet to put pen to paper on a new deal.

Michael Beale is on the lookout for a new number nine, and the latest news to emerge could be damaging for the striker and his hopes of making an impact over the course of next season.

Rangers

The Daily Record reported on 5 June that the Gers have tabled a significant “seven-figure” bid for Cremonese striker Cyriel Dessers. However, Scottish Daily Mail (06 June, Back Page) now claim the soon-to-be Serie B side want £7million for the Nigerian hitman.

Another forward who is on Beale’s radar is Antalyaspor striker Haji Wright. According to Turkish journalist Ertan Süzgün, the Light Blues have made an offer of £7million, which has been rejected. Evidently, Beale is trying to be aggressive in the market with Dessers and Wright valued at around £14million.

Rangers

If one or both players are signed, Ure would be wise to move on. The youngster needs to be playing first-team football and that’s not going to happen if Beale lands another forward.

It’s exciting to see so many names linked with the Gers, but it’s now absolutely essential for the Rangers boss to handle his younger talents in the right way.

Lining up temporary moves away would be a smart route for the Gers to go down.

In other Rangers news, Beale is planning to make multiple signings at a key position and still keep hold of one exit-bound first-team player as well.
